Eligibility

Payments

- Payments must be made only through the official website payment gateway.
- Samskarana does not collect payments through unofficial links or personal accounts.
Samskarana shall not be responsible for transaction failures due to:
- Bank issues
- Payment gateway downtime
- Incorrect details entered by the user
Refund & Cancellation Policy
Event Registrations
- Registration fees are generally non-refundable unless specifically stated on the event page.
- If an event is cancelled by Samskarana, a refund or rescheduling option may be offered.
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.
Donations
- Donations are voluntary and non-refundable.
- Refunds may only be considered in cases of duplicate transactions or proven technical errors.
Utilization of Funds
All income and donations received shall be used solely for the charitable and religious objectives of the Trust and shall not be distributed as profit or dividend to any individual, in accordance with applicable Indian laws
