Introduction
Samskarana is a registered Public Charitable and Religious Trust engaged in conducting conferences, seminars, training programs, and charitable activities within India
Donations
- Nature of Donations
All donations made to Samskarana are voluntary contributions towards the charitable and religious objectives of the Trust.
- Non-Refundable Policy
- Donations once successfully processed are non-refundable.
- Donations cannot be cancelled or reversed once payment confirmation is generated.
- Exceptions
Refunds may be considered only in the following cases:
- Duplicate transaction
- Technical payment error
- Unauthorized transaction (subject to verification)
If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days after verification.
Event / Seminar / Conference Registration Fees
- General Policy
Registration fees paid for seminars, conferences, workshops, retreats, or other events are non-refundable, except as stated below.
- Cancellation by Samskarana
If an event is cancelled by Samskarana:
- Participants will be entitled to a full refund of the registration fee, OR
- An option to transfer the registration to a rescheduled event (if applicable).
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.
- Postponement or Rescheduling
If an event is postponed:
- Registration will remain valid for the rescheduled date.
- Refunds may not be issued unless explicitly announced by Samskarana.
- Non-Attendance
Failure to attend an event by the participant does not qualify for a refund.
Mode of Refund
- All refunds will be processed only through the original mode of payment used at the time of transaction.
- Samskarana does not process cash refunds.
- Processing time may vary depending on bank/payment provider policies.
Chargebacks & Disputes
If a donor or registrant raises a chargeback through their bank or payment provider:
- Samskarana reserves the right to provide transaction details and communication records to payment gateway and relevant financial institutions.
- Fraudulent or unjustified chargebacks may lead to legal action.
